Dream Shaper Arbitration
- Should a complaint about your programming be submitted to Dream Shapers and the client is seeking reimbursement or some form of restitution, Dream Shapers has a panel of 3 who will review the complaint and issue a determination as to whether or not any action should be taken. In the past 30 years we have received about 10 complaints about performers listed with us and only 2 have resulted in a reimbursement of funds. If you do not accept the findings of this arbitration, you will be removed from all advertising and video advertising with Dream Shapers.
- Should we get repeated complaints about a performer being late to a program, we will 1) give that performer a warning notice to rectify this problem (as it reflects badly on all the performers listed on our site) and 2) if it continues you will be removed from all advertising and video advertising with Dream Shapers. You can present your case to Arbitration if you wish to contest this decision.
- Should you fail to appear for a show you will be required to rectify this problem with the client, re-book at a discount, reimburse payments, offer a free show, or anything to satisfy the client. If you do not handle this then it will go to arbitration. If you continue to have “no shows” you will be removed from all advertising and video advertising with Dream Shapers. You can present your case to Arbitration if you wish to contest this decision.
- Should you repeatedly cancel bookings for any reason you will be removed from all advertising and video advertising with Dream Shapers. You can present your case to Arbitration if you wish to contest this decision.
