and Presenter Information

Booking Information

1. Chose the performer and programming you are looking for.  You can Browse through All Dream Shapers Performers to find the performer(s) and the program(s) you would like for your event.
2. If you would like help in finding the program and performer for your event contact our Programs Coordinator for help.
3. Choose the dates and times work best for you program.  We advise you select 3 to ensure you get the date you prefer and can list them by preference – 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice.  Prerecorded programs can be on any dates you choose.
4. On our Book a Program form you will need to provide your contact information: 
   1. your name,
   2. your organization
   3. address, phone and email.
   4. date(s) and time(s) you want.
5. You can also request more information from an artist, to have artist contact you, or any other contact you may need for your event.
6. If you have any requirements, contracts, insurance, or others, please let the performer know at the time of booking.
7. Payments are generally required on the day of the performance. Birthday parties will require a deposit. Performers will work with city and community organizations purchase orders and payment structures.

Performers typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours via email or by phone.

Each artist you book will provide you with an invoice or contract. When you receive our confirmation/invoice please verify all information to be accurate.  If you notice a discrepancy, notify our office to fix any problems.

Be sure you are in contact with the artist at least 72 hours in advance of your program, notify the office to ensure contact is made prior to the program.

Day of the program:

1. Be sure staff is aware of program taking place.
2. Be able to meet presenter 30 minutes prior to program.
3. If payment is required on that day please have it ready.
